On 10 April 2025, Mono GPS Co., Ltd. hosted its Annual Merit-Making Ceremony in a warm, joy-filled atmosphere. The event celebrated the beauty of Thai culture while giving employees a chance to join in a meaningful activity that brings blessings to their lives, careers, and the organisation as a whole—all in honour of the Thai New Year.

 

The event was designed to preserve and showcase our pride in Thailand’s rich cultural traditions while strengthening the bonds between employees and management. It provided a welcoming space for colleagues to meet, converse, and cultivate a spirit of unity throughout the organisation, infusing everyone with positive energy as we enter the Thai New Year with fresh enthusiasm and a shared commitment to driving the company forward with stability and sustainable growth.

 

 

Morning Alms Offering — Welcoming Blessings for the Thai New Year

 

At 10:30 a.m., employees arrived in neat, brightly patterned floral attire, their smiles and festive spirit filling the air. They gathered in front of the company to offer alms to nine Buddhist monks—a cherished annual tradition that bestows blessings for the year ahead, bringing good fortune to everyone’s personal lives and professional endeavors.

 

Throughout the ceremony, a serene ambience prevailed. The monks’ rhythmic chanting stirred feelings of devotion and joy in everyone present. Executives and employees stood side by side, affirming their shared intention to enter the Thai New Year with clear hearts and goodwill toward one another. When the ritual concluded, colleagues prayed together for prosperity in both their personal lives and careers, then received the monks’ blessings—an inspiring send-off for the year ahead.

 

 

Buddha Bathing & Rod Nam Dam Hua Ceremony for the Executive Team

 

This meaningful rite, rich in reverence and auspicious intent, saw employees gently bathing the Buddha image and offering heartfelt prayers for prosperity, peace, and progress in both their personal and professional lives—while renewing their own spirit and that of the company. The ceremony also underscored our genuine respect for Buddhism and our commitment to preserving Thailand’s treasured cultural heritage.

 

The celebration then flowed into the Rod Nam Dam Hua ritual for the executive team. One by one, employees came forward to pay their respects and receive blessings from Mono GPS’s much-loved leaders. The scene brimmed with warmth and easy camaraderie—bright smiles, gentle laughter, and generous words of encouragement from the executives, all of which became a wellspring of inspiration for everyone’s work and life in the year ahead.

 

 

Once the religious and cultural rites had concluded, employees added a splash of color by celebrating Songkran right on the company grounds. Laughter and lively water play filled the air, melting away workday fatigue and giving everyone a chance to revel in the season’s joy.
